HostCouponCodes is an independent hosting research and referral platform. We are not a web hosting provider and do not process hosting payments, cancellations, or refunds.

If you purchase hosting through a link on HostCouponCodes, your hosting service, billing, and account remain directly with the hosting provider.

Any request to cancel your hosting plan or claim a refund must be submitted directly to the hosting provider and is subject to that provider's current refund and money-back guarantee terms.

HostCouponCodes does not issue hosting refunds and does not provide an additional or separate money-back guarantee for hosting purchases.

2. Your Right to Cancel Hosting

Purchasing through HostCouponCodes does not remove or restrict any cancellation or refund rights provided to you by the hosting company.

If your hosting plan qualifies for a money-back guarantee, you may request a refund directly from the hosting provider according to its applicable terms.

We do not require you to keep a hosting service that you no longer want simply because you qualified for our Free Website Development Offer.

3. How a Hosting Refund Affects the Free Development Offer

Our Free Website Development Offer is available to eligible users who purchase qualifying hosting through an approved HostCouponCodes referral link.

If the hosting purchase is cancelled or refunded, the qualifying purchase may no longer meet the eligibility requirements for the free development offer.

However, we do not automatically suspend a website simply because a refund request is submitted.

If we have already completed and delivered eligible development work before a hosting cancellation, we will handle the situation reasonably based on the project's status rather than automatically disabling or removing the website.

No surprise development invoice will be created solely because you exercised a valid refund right with your hosting provider.

4. Development During the Initial Refund Period

To keep the program fair and sustainable, larger development projects may be scheduled around the hosting provider's initial money-back guarantee period.

We may begin planning, collecting requirements, preparing the project structure, or performing other preliminary development work during this period.

For eligible multi-page projects, final development or final delivery may take place after the applicable initial refund period has passed.

This helps us avoid completing substantial development work for hosting purchases that are subsequently cancelled while still allowing customers to use the hosting provider's normal refund process.

5. One-Page & Smaller Projects

Smaller projects, including eligible one-page websites or landing pages, may be completed earlier at our discretion.

If such a project has already been completed and the customer later cancels an eligible 4-year (48-month) hosting purchase within the provider's permitted refund period, HostCouponCodes will not automatically deactivate or remove the completed website solely because of that cancellation.

Future free development, revisions, maintenance, or other benefits connected specifically to the qualifying hosting purchase may end if the purchase no longer meets the offer requirements.

6. Website Files & Ownership

Once an eligible project has been completed and formally delivered to you, the delivered website files are handled according to the ownership and licensing terms stated in our Free Website Development Offer and applicable Terms.

We do not use hosting cancellation as a reason to unexpectedly access a customer's server and remove an already delivered website.

Customers remain responsible for maintaining access to their hosting account, domain, backups, and other services required to keep their website online.

7. Hosting Migration After Cancellation

If you cancel your hosting account, the hosting provider may restrict or terminate access to the server according to its own cancellation policy.

If you intend to move your website to another hosting provider, you are responsible for arranging backups and migration before your original hosting account becomes unavailable.

Any migration assistance from HostCouponCodes is separate from the original Free Website Development Offer unless explicitly included in your project terms.

8. Affiliate Transparency

Some hosting links on HostCouponCodes are affiliate or referral links.

If you make an eligible purchase through one of these links, we may receive a commission from the hosting provider at no additional development charge to you under the qualifying offer.

If a hosting purchase is refunded or cancelled, the hosting provider may reverse or withhold the associated referral commission.

This does not change your right to request a refund directly from the hosting provider under its applicable terms.
