To qualify, you must purchase a hosting plan currently identified by HostCouponCodes as eligible for the Free Website Development Offer.
The hosting plan must be purchased through an approved HostCouponCodes referral link and meet the minimum plan and billing-term requirements shown for the offer at the time of purchase.

2. Purchases That Do Not Qualify
The following do not qualify unless explicitly included in a current HostCouponCodes offer:
- Monthly hosting subscriptions
- Hosting terms other than 48 months
- Domain-only purchases
- Email-only products
- Hosting purchased outside an approved HostCouponCodes referral link
- Plans not identified as eligible at the time of purchase
- Renewals or upgrades that are not part of an eligible offer
- Cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, or unverifiable purchases
Purchasing a hosting product does not automatically guarantee eligibility. The purchase must satisfy the applicable offer requirements and pass verification.
3. Referral Link Requirement

Submitting a receipt or screenshot helps us verify your claim, but it does not by itself guarantee eligibility if the underlying purchase does not meet the offer requirements.
If there is a tracking or verification issue, we will review the available purchase information before confirming or declining eligibility.
4. Required Hosting Duration
The required eligible hosting term is currently 48 months (4 years).
The development tier depends on the qualifying hosting duration:
Short-term or monthly hosting subscriptions are not included in the standard Free Website Development Offer.
The eligible term is based on the hosting purchase successfully verified by HostCouponCodes.
5. Purchase Verification
After completing your eligible hosting purchase, submit a development claim through your HostCouponCodes Member Dashboard.
We may request information necessary to verify eligibility, such as:
- Hosting provider
- Purchased hosting plan
- Purchase date
- Billing duration
- Order or transaction reference
- Purchase confirmation screenshot
The submitted information must clearly show enough detail for us to confirm that the purchase meets the current offer requirements.
Protect Your Sensitive Information
Do not submit:
- Your hosting password
- Complete debit or credit card numbers
- CVV/security codes
- Banking passwords
- One-time passwords (OTPs)
- Other unnecessary payment credentials
If your receipt contains sensitive payment information that is not required for verification, you may redact it before uploading the screenshot.
6. Eligibility Confirmation
Submitting a claim does not automatically mean the development project has been approved.
We first verify:
Once verification is complete, we will confirm your eligible website scope and request the information needed to begin the project.
Do not assume development has started until your eligibility has been confirmed.
7. Website Requirements
After approval, you must provide the information reasonably required to build your website.
This may include:
- Business or project name
- Website purpose
- Required pages
- Services or products
- Contact information
- Website text
- Logo
- Images
- Preferred design direction
- Relevant examples or references
You are responsible for ensuring that content and assets you provide can legally be used for your website.
Missing content, delayed responses, or major changes to the agreed requirements may delay development.
8. Development Scope
Eligibility determines the maximum page allowance, not unlimited development.
The Free Website Development Offer covers standard website design and development within the approved scope.
Custom SaaS applications, complex backend systems, large databases, advanced portals, premium third-party licenses, extensive custom integrations, and other work outside the standard offer are not automatically included.
If a requested feature falls outside the eligible scope, we will clarify this before including it in the project.
You are not required to purchase additional development services from HostCouponCodes.
9. Development & Refund Period
Eligible one-page projects may be developed and delivered during the hosting provider's applicable initial refund period.
For larger 5-page and 10-page projects, we may begin requirements gathering, planning, content preparation, or other preliminary work earlier, while final development and/or final delivery may be scheduled after the applicable initial refund period.
This allows us to keep the Free Website Development Offer sustainable while preserving your ability to use the hosting provider's normal cancellation and refund process.
Your expected development timeline will be communicated after eligibility and project requirements are reviewed.
10. If You Cancel Your Hosting
Your hosting subscription is purchased directly from the hosting provider, and any eligible cancellation or refund must be requested from that provider according to its current terms.
HostCouponCodes does not process hosting refunds.
If your qualifying purchase is cancelled or refunded before development is completed, your eligibility for remaining free development work may end.
If an eligible website has already been completed and delivered, we will not automatically delete, deactivate, or remove the delivered website solely because you exercised an eligible hosting refund.
Cancellation may, however, end any unfinished development, revisions, maintenance, or other benefits that depended on the qualifying purchase.

11. Fair Use & Eligibility Integrity
The Free Website Development Offer is intended for genuine customers making eligible hosting purchases for legitimate website projects.
We may decline or withdraw an offer claim where there is reasonable evidence of:
- Fraudulent purchase information
- Altered or fabricated verification documents
- Duplicate claims for the same qualifying purchase
- Attempts to manipulate referral attribution
- Abuse of the offer
- Requests outside the stated development scope
A genuine hosting cancellation or valid refund request, by itself, is not treated as fraudulent activity.
