1. Policy Overview
This Free Development Policy ("Policy") details the operational rules and standards applied to the Free Website Development Program ("Program") offered by HostCouponCodes. By submitting a development request dashboard claim, you agree to comply with this Policy.
2. Onboarding Timelines & Deadlines
Once your eligibility is verified, you must submit all content onboarding briefs (logos, visual directions, copy/text) within 30 calendar days. If you fail to submit requirements within this period, your project slot will expire and be released back to the design team pipeline.
3. Revisions & Approvals
Our team provides up to two rounds of adjustments and revisions during the Staging Design phase. Revisions must align with the parameters described in your initial onboarding questionnaire. Significant deviations or requests for additions outside the original brief are excluded and will not be processed.
4. Handoff & Maintenance
Upon migration to your primary domain, our design team performs final validation and hands over full administration credentials. HostCouponCodes does not offer ongoing maintenance, plugin upgrades, file updates, or security monitoring after the handoff is complete. You hold 100% responsibility for the operation and security of your delivered site.
5. Rejection Rights
HostCouponCodes reserves the right to reject or terminate any development request at our sole discretion if requirements involve adult content, illegal assets, gambling systems, or copy that violates standard copyrights.
