You are not required to purchase additional development services from HostCouponCodes.

15. Customer Content & Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing the information and materials reasonably required to complete your website.

This may include:

• Business information
• Website text
• Logo
• Images
• Contact information
• Service information
• Brand colors
• Other relevant project materials

You represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use content, trademarks, logos, images, testimonials, and other materials you provide to us.

16. Development Timelines

There is no universal guaranteed turnaround time for every development project.

Development schedules depend on factors such as page count, requirements, content availability, complexity, revisions, client response time, hosting environment, and the applicable hosting refund period.

1-Page Projects

Eligible one-page projects may be developed and delivered during the hosting provider's applicable initial refund period.

5-Page & 10-Page Projects

For larger projects, onboarding, requirements gathering, planning, content preparation, design direction, or other preliminary work may begin during the applicable initial refund period.

However, final development and/or final delivery may be scheduled after the applicable initial hosting refund period has passed.

An expected project schedule may be communicated after eligibility and requirements have been reviewed.

17. Revisions

Reasonable revisions within the originally approved development scope may be accommodated during the development process.

Minor corrections and refinements are different from additional development.

Requests involving additional pages, major redesigns, substantial scope changes, new functionality, or complex integrations may fall outside the standard offer.

Unlimited revisions are not included.

18. Hosting Cancellation & Refunds

Your hosting subscription is purchased directly from the hosting provider.

HostCouponCodes does not process or issue hosting refunds.

Any hosting cancellation or refund request must be made directly to the hosting provider and remains subject to that provider's current terms.

Cancellation Before Development Is Completed

If the qualifying hosting purchase is cancelled or refunded before the website has been completed, eligibility for remaining free development work may end.

Cancellation After Website Delivery

If an eligible website has already been completed and formally delivered, HostCouponCodes will not automatically delete, deactivate, or remove the delivered website solely because you exercised an eligible hosting refund.

HostCouponCodes will also not create a surprise development invoice solely because you exercised a valid hosting refund right.

Cancellation may, however, end unfinished development, revisions, maintenance, or other benefits dependent on the qualifying purchase.

If the hosting provider closes the hosting account, you are responsible for preserving or migrating your website before access to that server ends.

19. Website Handoff & Ownership

After an eligible website has been completed and formally delivered, you receive access to the website and the project files provided within the approved development scope.

HostCouponCodes does not charge a recurring structural license fee simply to keep the delivered website active.

Your hosting account, domain, business data, and customer-provided content remain under your control according to the applicable provider and project terms.

Third-party components remain subject to their respective licenses. These may include:

Delivery of a website does not transfer ownership of third-party intellectual property beyond the rights permitted by the applicable license.

20. Post-Delivery Support

Ongoing maintenance and future website changes are not automatically included after final handoff.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, you are responsible after delivery for matters such as:

• Hosting renewals
• Domain renewals
• Backups
• Plugin and theme updates
• Ongoing security
• Future content changes
• New pages
• Future integrations
• Ongoing SEO
• General website maintenance

Any additional support offered after handoff is separate unless specifically included in your approved project terms.

21. Third-Party Services

HostCouponCodes links to and may integrate with third-party websites, hosting providers, software, plugins, APIs, and other services.

Those third parties operate under their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, licenses, and service conditions.

HostCouponCodes does not control third-party websites or guarantee their continued availability, pricing, performance, security, or functionality.

22. No Guarantee of Hosting Performance or Results
