Never submit hosting passwords, complete payment card numbers, CVV codes, OTPs, or other unnecessary sensitive credentials.
4. Submit Your Website Requirements
After eligibility is confirmed, provide the information required for your project, including your business details, required pages, services, text, logo, images, contact information, and preferred design direction.
5. Scope & Structure Approval
Because this is our largest standard development tier, we will confirm the page structure and included functionality before substantial development proceeds.
6. Design, Development & Delivery
We build the website according to the approved scope and development schedule, perform basic launch checks, and prepare the completed website for final delivery.
Development Timeline
A 10-page business website requires significantly more planning, design, content placement, responsive development, configuration, and testing than our smaller development tiers.
Preliminary Planning Phase
After your eligible purchase is verified, we may begin preliminary work during the hosting provider's applicable initial refund period:
- Requirements gathering
- Sitemap and page planning
- Content organization
- Design direction
- Technical preparation
- Other preliminary project work
However, final development and/or final delivery of the 10-page website may be scheduled after the applicable initial hosting refund period has passed.
This allows us to commit substantial development resources to verified long-term projects while preserving your ability to use the hosting provider's normal cancellation and refund process.
Your expected development schedule will be communicated after your project scope and required materials are reviewed.
Hosting Cancellation & Your Development
Your hosting subscription is purchased directly from the hosting provider and remains subject to that provider's current cancellation and refund terms.
HostCouponCodes does not process or issue hosting refunds.
If You Cancel Before Completion
If your qualifying hosting purchase is cancelled or refunded before the website has been completed, your eligibility for the remaining free development work may end.
If Your Website Has Already Been Delivered
If your eligible website has already been completed and formally delivered, HostCouponCodes will not automatically delete, deactivate, or remove the delivered website solely because you exercised an eligible hosting refund.
We will also not create a surprise development invoice solely because you exercised a valid hosting refund right.
Cancellation may, however, end unfinished development, revisions, maintenance, or other benefits that depended on the qualifying purchase.
If the hosting provider closes your hosting account after cancellation, you are responsible for preserving or migrating the website before access to that server ends.

Who Owns the Website?
After the eligible project has been completed and formally delivered, you receive access to the website and the project files included within the approved development scope.
We do not charge a recurring structural license fee simply to keep the delivered website active.
Third-party themes, plugins, libraries, fonts, images, and other licensed assets remain subject to their respective licenses.
